Returns & Refunds Policy

At CamSecure System LLC, we provide professional installation and technical services. Due to the nature of these services, this policy is structured to clearly define cancellations, refunds, and service-related conditions.

Service Cancellations

Clients may cancel a scheduled service up to 24 hours before the scheduled appointment without penalty.

Cancellations made less than 24 hours before the scheduled service, or failure to provide access to the site at the agreed time, may result in a cancellation or service fee.

Refund Policy

Because our services involve labor, scheduling, and technical preparation, refunds are not available once the service has been completed, in whole or in part.

If payment was made in advance and the service has not yet been performed, a refund may be issued at our discretion, provided the cancellation request is made at least 24 hours prior to the scheduled service.

All approved refunds will be processed using the original payment method.

Equipment & Materials

If equipment or materials are supplied as part of a service package:

  • Installed equipment is non-refundable once installed or configured

  • Unused and unopened equipment may be eligible for a refund only if returned in original condition, subject to approval

  • Custom-configured, programmed, or special-order equipment is non-refundable

Service Issues & Workmanship

If you experience an issue related to workmanship after service completion, please contact us promptly. We will evaluate the situation and, if applicable, provide corrective service in accordance with our workmanship standards.

This policy does not cover:

  • Issues caused by third-party equipment

  • Internet or power failures

  • Physical damage, tampering, or misuse

  • Changes requested after service completion

Non-Refundable Items

The following are not eligible for refunds:

  • Completed installation services

  • Labor charges

  • Travel or service call fees

  • Custom or special-order equipment

  • Services delayed or canceled due to lack of site access, power, or internet availability
